Shipping Coverage

VAULT currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing Time

Each VAULT set is prepared and personalized by hand. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders with personalization (engraving, QR card setup) may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Personalization Note

If you’ve added a personal video, photo, or message, we link it to your QR card before shipping. Make sure to submit your personalization through the link in your confirmation email as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at vaultcarry.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

VAULT is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.
