Refund Policy

At VAULT, every set is crafted and personalized with care. Please review our return policy below.

Personalized Items

Items that have been personalized — including initial engraving, custom QR card content, or engraved message cards — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at vaultcarry.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, and we will cover return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are accepted at our facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan — full return address will be provided upon return approval.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
